YOUR TRAVEL PLANS HAVE CHANGED?
- If you booked your rental car on the website www.tuicars.com, you are able to cancel your booking by yourself.
- You have made your car rental booking with another online portal or in a travel agency? Then please contact your booking office directly.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before car rental pick-up.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we can only offer you this service for all new bookings made after 20.09.23. If you have booked your rental car before 20.09.23, please send your cancellation or change request to our Service Centre:

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
- Enter your customer data (first name, last name, e-mail address) and the booking number (8 digits, starting with 5) in the fields above.
- Click on "Continue" to check the cancellation first.
- You will now be shown whether you can cancel your car rental booking directly by yourself and you will be informed about any fees that may be incurred.
- Cancellation is free of charge up to more than 24 hours before rental.
- For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions you received when you made your original booking.
- If the cancellation is not possible here on our site, please contact directly your point of sale (travel agency or service of the online portal).
