You should know exactly what costs will be incurred before booking. That is why we keep all price components in the booking process transparent and keep our rental conditions short. Please take note of our comprehensive insurance and inclusive services, such as free additional driver!

Unlimited free mileage

All vehicles are supplied with unlimited mielage. There are, however, a few exceptions in Israel, Australia and Germany.

In Germany we offer vehicles with unlimited free mileage or with 300 km per day. Please select the desired service package in the booking process.

Free cancellation & amendment

Be flexible with TUI CARS: Amend or cancel your rental cars and motorbikes up to 24 hrs before rental free of charge (except with Go North in Alaska).

Customer friendly fuel arrangements

You pick up the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. A deposit must be paid as security.

Second driver free of charge

With many partners we have arranged a free additional driver for you. For rentals you save extra costs for an additional driver around the Mediterranean sea and in many other countries. Here you will find an overview of all participating car rental partners.

Pay for your rented car from TUI CARS using your TUI Card or GuteREISE CARD and save immediately: For a 7-day rental period you pay the price for just 6 days and if you rent the car for 14 days you pay the price for 12 days (max. of 2 days free).

Money Back Guarantee

Should our services, contrary to expectations and described in the voucher, not be met, you will get the full rental price refunded if the rental station is not able to remedy the situation within 24 hours (you have to report the problem within 24 h). Your statutory rights are not affected of course by this warranty.

In many destinations you can have the car delivered free to the hotel.

Choose where to return the car

You can generally return the vehicle to another town in the same country or on the same island, sometimes free of charge. Please read the terms of rent for further informations.

24 h emergency service

Generally our partners offer an emergency service that you can contact around the clock. Please notify the police immediately in the event of an accident and make sure that a police report is prepared. When you return the vehicle the rental company will prepare a damage report, which has to be signed. Refer to your travel documents for further information.

Return of vehicle outside of opening hours

Picking up the vehicle outside of opening hours is often possible for a service charge, which is payable at the place of rental. Please refer to the details given in the respective rental conditions. Returning the vehicle outside of opening hours is generally also possible; please ask about the options for returning the vehicle when you pick it up.
